Scope :

Reproduction for Alain Sonneville & Pierre-Claude De Castro on a 1/7 scale of their respective eyeglasses. A glass is shattered on each pair (the right hand side for PCDC, the left hand side for AS) and the ophthalmic correction respected. These tiny eyeglasses (10 mm width) have been deposited in a box called “Brise-Glasses” (“glass breaker”).  Giving a nod to Marcel Duchamp’s Large Glass, it was displayed in a showcase at the Musée des Beaux-Arts of Rouen near the “box in a suitcase” at the exhibition “Leur entrée dans l’art” in 2009.
